You state that you have allergies which will make it impossible for you to crew aboard the yacht Comfortably Numb. If we may suggest you seek some professional help for this allergy, and when you receive a “competent to sail certificate”, you will be allow to re-apply. One half gallon of the boats Rhum may help the reconsideration process of your application. During this reconsideration period you will be allowed to sail on probation.
