Beneteau First 42

Comfortably Numb is a 1987 German Frers designed Beneteau First 42. It was the 687th built at Beneteau's main factory in St Hilaire De Riez, France. Although designed as a performance racer/cruiser under the IOR rule, these days it is better suited for cruising and club races. For what it lacks in performance it more that makes up for with creature comforts such as two cabins, eight births, two heads, (bathrooms for you land lubbers) with showers and hot and cold pressured water, refrigeration  a 50hp Perkins diesel and let's not forget the stereo/CD player with an 100 amp power booster.
