Please read the conditions carefully before completing and summit your form.

The usual minimum age to crew is 18 years; however, in consultation with the Captain and Crew Chief this may be waived.
Legal drink age is strongly enforced!
International Drinking Laws are strictly followed!
All Crew Wanttobe’s are subject to an appearance and attitude Evaluation before each event.
The Captain or Crew Chief reserves the right to give up your spot if needed.
A minimum of 24-hour notice of cancellation is required. A one bottle of Captain Morgan Rhum plenty may be imposed if 24-hour rule is not followed.
Crew Wanttobe’s must know how to swim or be able to understand the use of a PFD.
All Crew Wanttobe’s agree to be responsible for the behavior, discipline, parental care and supervision of themselves. Where damage is caused to the Numb’s equipment as a result of willful damage by a Crew Wanttobe or under the influence of drink or drugs, or as a result of a Crew Wanttobe’s not obeying the Captain or Crew Chief instructions; then the Crew Wanttobe will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement. Plus a one bottle of Captain Morgan Rhum plenty.
Persons with a criminal record or on the sex offenders’ list must notify the Captain and Crew Chief immediately.
In the interests of the safety of the boat, as well as individuals, the Captain and Crew Chief have complete discretion over all water-based activities and any other activities aboard by the yacht Comfortably Numb regarding weather conditions and their assessment of the group’s ability.
